Question: What do you mean by a showcase event?

This event would be themed around a family fun day with activities for children and their parents. Our lab ran an event sponsored by lego and bough in dads (with the charity This Dad Can) to work with their children to construct and collaborate on ideas. So something similar to this which looks at the research we are conducting (social, cognitive and developmental psychology) and gives parents and children some insight into this.
